This drawn cup roller clutch with plastic cage transfers torque between the shaft and housing in one direction and allows free rotation in the opposite direction. The steel housing of the drawn cup provides a small cross section for use in tight spaces and serves as a raceway for the rollers. The clutch has a molded acetyl resin polymer cage and each roller has an integrated leaf spring, allowing continuous operation in temperatures up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit (90 degrees Celsius). The rollers are made of high carbon chrome steel and are hardened for heat resistance and durability, and the clutch is loaded with lithium soap based grease.
